Dr. Sara (Kinninger) Stefan is happy to once again call Wisconsin home. Dr. Stefan grew up in Shawano, Wisconsin before attending the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. After graduating from UWSP, with a degree in Health Promotion/Wellness, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Upon graduation, she moved to Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Stefan had a very successful practice in Schaumburg, Illinois for 7 years where she was able to help teach the chiropractic principles and healthy lifestyle to thousands of people. When the opportunity to move back to her home state presented itself, she worked diligently to make it happen. Dr. Stefan is excited to positively influence the health and well-being of her community.
Dr. Stefan has always been a self-proclaimed “health fanatic” and chiropractic has been a part of her healthy lifestyle since she was 10. After a very traumatic car accident left her with a host of injuries, Dr. Stefan and her family were turned on to chiropractic. Dr. Stefan credits continuous chiropractic care after the motor vehicle accident in helping her achieve and maintain optimal health and function. She sees a bigger picture when it comes to how the body works. As a chiropractor, she knows that the body has an innate intelligence which heals the body and allows for full expression of life. Her mission in life has become to teach these principles and proven techniques to as many people as possible so they, too, can have 100% full potential.
In her down time, Dr. Stefan enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their little boy, Hank. She also enjoys spending time with their extended families, as well as working out, being outdoors, and practicing habits of a balanced, healthy life.
